Just Ordinary

I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister, homemaker, kin keeper, volunteer, the dog’s person, meal maker, sounding board, walker, listener, reader, plant propagator and drawer. I’ve always encouraged my kids to be creative and I thought what better way to teach them than to show them. They went with me to the store to buy the paper, pencils, eraser and pencil sharpener. They even sat with me and drew a picture while I sketched the evergreen sprig from this year’s Christmas tree. The first drawing I did for this little endeavor.
