Day 268 – CANTALOUPE SLICE

This morning I was cutting my cantaloupe, or as we like to call it, orange melon, and quickly drew a slice. I was shocked to find that this orange melon has amazing texture and a sweet taste. Most of the time, I pick them and they end up being tasteless or hard as a rock. Having a winner morning here so far!
