Day 234 – WEIGHTED VEST

I have a weighted walking vest that I ordered on Amazon last year. It’s only about 8 lbs and it does nothing…. to my knowledge. I think I probably need to up the weight a bit but hey, it can’t hurt right? Weighted vest bandwagon… I’m on it. But maybe in a back seat sort of way.
