Day 231 – SOURDOUGH SLICE

I am planning on making chocolate chip cookies for first day of school lunches tomorrow when I remembered that my brown sugar is as hard as a rock. I took a slice of sourdough bread and stuck it in the bag to rehydrate the sugar…. but not before taking 15 minutes to draw it. We shall see if this brown sugar trick truly works.
