This is the Finish Powerball Quantum dishwasher tablet that includes three separate compartments to degrease (blue), scrub (white) and shine (the red powerball). This is something that I look at daily when I set up the dishwasher to run at the end of the night. If you use these, then this picture makes complete sense.
